Mr. McPhillips was born in Virginia, raised in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, and now has settled in Wellington, Florida. A graduate of Florida State University, Mr. McPhillips earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He started his marketing career by interning with TJX, the leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S. and worldwide. Upon graduation, Mr. McPhillips now works full-time as the Marketing Assistant at Cohen Commercial.
