Junior Sales Associate

Our firm is currently seeking experienced leasing/sales associates to join our close-knit team of commission-based agents.

Candidates will have knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property by the following:

Developing property concepts by researching and analyzing current use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants; creating and distributing marketing materials; responding to drop-ins and other inquiries; advertising vacancies; preparing properties for showing; ordering and supervising repairs and improvements; showing properties; prepare market studies and analysis; negotiating terms of contracts; and completing leases and sales.

Associates study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional and community organizations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or higher
· Sales experience preferred
· Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Must be highly self-motivated
· Must have extremely high sense of urgency
· Must have strong work ethics and direction
