Bryan S. Cohen |
Overview/Specialties: Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Cohen has experienced first-hand the area’s true growth and change. A graduate of The Florida State University’s College of Business, Mr. Cohen’s early experience began with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in West Palm Beach. There, he specialized in retail leasing, site selection and investment sales, which eventually led him to a position with KISS Realty. Still focusing on retail leasing at KISS, Mr. Cohen was personally responsible for one million square feet of retail space – including several national grocery-anchored shopping centers – and also had the privilege to handle a grocery development from the ground up. Today, through the experience and success of Cohen Commercial Realty and Cohen Commercial Management, Mr. Cohen is renowned by his industry colleagues as an expert in his specializations, which include sales, leasing, site selection (local and national tenant representation), landlord representation, property management and small business sales. Currently, the Cohen Commercial team handles more than four million square feet of commercial properties throughout the entire South Florida market. Peter J. Crane |
Overview/Specialties: Mr. Crane joined Cohen Commercial Realty in 2006 as a sales and leasing associate with a focus on building strong relationships and a thorough understanding of commercial real estate marketing concepts and strategies. Nearly six years later, he specializes in Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties Sales, Leasing, Site Selection and Regional Tenant Representation, with a main focus on Local Landlord Representation. He currently handles approximately two and a half million square feet of retail shopping center space in the Southeast Florida market, several of which are national grocery-anchored shopping centers. Mr. Crane has worked with the industry’s largest development firms and shopping center owners including: Noble Properties, Denholtz & Associates, The Related Group, Catalfumo Construction and Development, Precise Properties, Ramco-Gershenson, and many more. Mr. Crane is considered by many in the industry as an expert in Leasing and local market conditions as it pertains to retail shopping centers throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties. |

Kirstie Ward |
Overview/Specialties: Ms. Ward is from St. Petersburg, Florida, and is a recent graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate and Finance. Throughout her college career, Ms. Ward was actively involved as an officer in the Florida State University Real Estate Society, a student member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and completed an internship with a commercial realty firm in Tallahassee. Mr. Nelson grew up in central Florida and graduated from Florida State University with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance. Karen E. Cohen |
Overview/Specialties: Spending her early post-graduate years as a bookkeeper in the accounting department of a prominent South Florida real estate law firm, Ms. Cohen eventually returned to her creative roots and gained media and public relations experience as the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ Communications Coordinator, then as the Special Projects Editor at The Palm Beach Post, where she produced special advertising sections for the marketing department. As a Cohen Commercial Realty team member, Ms. Cohen has been able to put all her prior experience to use as she is responsible for managing all of the finances relevant to the firm, including the property management division, and oversees in the creation and execution of much of the firm’s marketing efforts. As the Brokerage Coordinator at Cohen Commercial Realty since 2006, Ms. Crocker’s strong organization and natural communication skills are key in developing and managing our team’s business opportunities.
